We have a Kwikwap Franchise (License) with established clients for sale.

Kwikwap Licenses are sold for R150K plus Vat. This enables the License holder to be a reseller of hosting services and to appoint agents to sell and design websites.

The agents get the full setup and training fee while the hosting fee is shared between the License Holder and the consultant, provided that the consultant is willing and able to offer ongoing telephonic support to clients.

The seller of the business will continue to sell websites and is willing to work in the buyers Franchise as the reason he is selling is Financial. He needs the capital to relocate to the Southern Border of the Kruger National Park where he will start work as an estate agent and continue selling advertisements on his Tourism websites.

The monthly recurring revenue averages R12K.

The selling price is R150 K for the license ( seller is open to the buyer buying 50% of the license, only and either ringfencing the current hosting fees or selling the hosting fees wholly or in part). A deal can be made. Payment will be 50% at signing of the contract, 25% 6 months later and final 25% 12 months later. Seller is willing to offer ongoing telephonic support to the buyer and his clients for the period of 12 months.

Asking price is 18 months x monthly turnover.
